Both assessment methods encompass the identification and application of processes to manage and lead people effectively, including recruitment, performance management and legal, social, environmental and ethical issues, as well as a review of the effects of one’s own personal performance, attitudes, preferences and behaviours. A 360 degree feedback and SMART action plan are included in the assessment.
