The ASPIRE Leadership Development Programme supports participants in roles with leadership responsibilities to continue their personal learning journey. The programme allows participants to take time to reflect, gain new tools and knowledge to equip them to influence innovation and improvement within the quality of patient care and patient experience and to improve staff engagement within the services they lead.

The participant has completed a range of interactive training modules; of which each module has its own unique set of learning outcomes. The multi-disciplinary programme challenges and provides insight; enabling participants to identify and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for personal and workforce development. Participants complete a psychometric profile and on-going reflections throughout their ASPIRE journey; creating actions for their future development.

On completion of the programme modules, participants will commence on a service or quality improvement project relevant to their own area of work within the organization, for example, this may involve initiatives which can result in development of their workforce, increased staff engagement, improved quality of care or improved experience for patients.
