Must be an employee of IBM

Deliver a minimum of 40 hours of collaborative work within the past two years, demonstrating meaningful contributions to the creation, enhancement, or maintenance of SEED program content through documented tasks. Reported engagement hours may include participation in meetings, documented discussions, and other relevant program-related activities.

Leverage SEED content within their team. For example, in team awareness sessions, contributions related to the program’s use, creation of promotional digital content, submission of new structure for performance capturing, improvement of existing tools, suggestions for change in taxonomy and IBM organization, or being a stakeholder on specific stream of the project.

Promoted SEED content as a checkpoint target, providing feedback and initiating or supporting positive changes to the structure.
