Earning Criteria

• Earner is an employee of IBM
• Demonstrated understanding of nodeJs, express, REST, serverless, TDD, APIs Successfully completed the associated learning path and knowledge assessments for a total of 28 hours.
• Demonstrated the application of knowledge by performing activities that include: Develop scalable and well-documented backend APIs, that function in an event-driven fashion; Develop and publish node modules and contributing to FOSS; Develop solutions with real-time capabilities and distributed deployments;  Develop easily and flexibly scaling systems using serverless backends; Write TDD based backend code;  Write solutions in a continuous integration and continuous delivery manner
• Demonstrated successful application of the knowledge and activities over a period of 6 months and > 1000 hours
• Performed at the IBM Foundation level, supported by two stakeholder feedback statements for two different periods. The IBM Foundation level is defined as: Knowledge of the subject through formal or informal education or work activity exposure but limited, if any, application of the skills in the subject area
• Demonstrated the core skills by: Use clear and concise communication, Present to team (concepts, ideas, etc.); collaborate with team; active and responsive team member; contribute to teaming through practice give-back; actively request feedback
• Is a follower of nodejs twitter handle, and uses the community to get answers to questions
