This credential earner is recognized for developing and cultivating a mentoring relationship with one or more Call for Code participants so that participants can use an IBM AI technology and submit a qualified project to a Call for Code program or Call for Code sponsored event. The individual has demonstrated skills required for successful mentoring such as: providing quality feedback and guidance, motivation, empathy, design thinking and skill development.

Skills
Earning Criteria

Provide evidence of taking relevant training to ensure quality feedback and guidance is provided to the participants.

Show evidence of a minimum of three (3) 1:1 mentoring sessions with a Call for Code participant; or

Show evidence of a minimum of 10 separate engagements/interactions with participants in the Call for Code Slack channel; or
-
Develop and present an Expert Talk (Technology/Sustainability/Professional Development) video/webinar for the Call for Code Global Challenge or Startups program.

Applicants must submit proof of meeting the above requirements for review and approval by IBM.

The badge will be issued to the earner automatically within 4 weeks after submission of the badge application.
