HNP Reach Mentor Program - Mentor

This badge is awarded to Mentor participants at Hearst Newspapers who complete the Reach mentor program and exhibit dedicated participation. The 6-month program allows participants to actively engage in a meaningful partnership that can ultimately support career growth and build core skills. Participants are offered the opportunity to attend four workshops, network with other cohort participants, and set achievable goals.

Earning Criteria

Participants are required to have met with their program-matched mentee no fewer than ten times throughout the 6-month program.
Participants must attend three of the four workshops offered; mentee essentials training, Predictive Index workshop, mid-point networking workshop, and the closing celebration call.
