Earning Criteria

Apply and be accepted to SUMMIT cohort, complete program and fulfill ICF requirements for MCC certification

Completion of synchronous and asynchronous 5-month practicum course, 79-total contact hours

Self-assessment and faculty assessment of a minimum of one 30-minute coaching recording

Participants must hold a PCC credential and be in good standing with the ICF

Completion of three rounds of practice coaching and three one-on-one mentor coaching sessions

At least PCC-level coaching experience/hours
Standards
Earners of this badge have completed the coaching education requirements necessary to apply for their MCC credential with the ICF. They have explored distinctions surrounding the art of masterful coaching and explored their own strengths and authentic style as coach.
