This badge is earned when the vast array of rules and regulations governing government contracts are understood, as well as the ability to apply the Federal Acquisition Regulations to a contract. Students will have a strong grasp of negotiation strategies, techniques and skills, and full knowledge of ethical and compliance standards that must be adhered to.
