The earner of this badge has acquired the 10 hours of Mentor-Coaching required to obtain or sustain an ICF Coaching Credential from an ICF-Credentialed Instructor (PCC or MCC). Per ICF requirements, conducted over 10, 1-hour sessions scheduled across a minimum of 12 weeks from start to finish with no more than 10 students per group. This badge contributes towards either Level 1, Level 2, or ACSTH pathways to apply for ICF accreditation. Issued to earners prior to 12/31/2024
