FirstHealth for All: What Does It All Mean? - Class This class will cover the broad aspects of an inclusive workplace both in general and at FirstHealth specifically.

Community Action Poverty Simulations (CAPS) - Class An interactive experience that raises awareness to the realities of poverty. This simulation includes role-playing that educates the community, examines biases, and transforms perspectives. Participants will take on the role of family members or community partners and will work through a simulated month of experiences.

Inclusive Leadership - Class Learn more about the various aspects of inclusion, help each other to feel included personally, learn how to plan for inclusion, and the importance of psychological safety in making FirstHealth the best place to work and receive care.

Unconcious Bias Prerequisite Training CBL - Learn more about how this natural, neurophenomenon impacts the way we interact with the world and influences how we make decisions that impacts how we Care for People. Unconscious Bias Training - Class In this second part of the Unconscious Bias Training, you and other staff members will come together to engage in interactive evaluations of different scenarios. You will be able to apply your previous knowledge with the opportunity for discussion

Capstone: Based on your learning in this track, create a proposal/presentation on an initiative FirstHealth should implement to make our organization the best place to work and receive care. Proposals will be presented to the Inclusion Ambassadors for consideration.
