Earning Criteria

The earner has completed 18 courses covering topics on leadership, data analysis, forecasting, planning, managing teams and individuals, performance reporting and active management. These courses include theory and practical assessments. The assessment component must be passed before moving to the next course in the learning path.

The earner can now describe what they should be doing as a manager compared to what you are currently doing and adjust accordingly. The earner can define how to manage in a proactive way rather than reactionary and confidently tailor their leadership style to the different reactions to change in your team.

The earner understands the management cycle of forecast, plan, action and report. The earner understands how the forecast and long-term plans work. The earner understands how to analyze data, balance workloads for the team, the importance of positive collaboration with the team and business unit and how to use the tools available in Enlighten to proactively manage their team.
