• Online Modules- The earner has completed the following modules Activities, Beyond the program, Employee Effectiveness Matrix, Enlighten and Active Management, Forecasting and Long term planning, Individual performance feedback, Management equilibrium, Planning, Program Overview, Terminology, The Change Model, The Leadership Paradigm, Throughput, Value Added Assessments, Waste, Waste Revisited, Data Analysis
• Practical Assessment - Conduct daily turbo meeting, Forecasting, define 'waste', discuss management equilibrium examples, navigate team approval on daily basis, conduct VAA's, Understanding Enlighten Operational Excellence, Conduct/contribute to successful week in review meeting, produce effective plan, conduct/contribute to successful planning meeting, dissect enlighten weekly plan and explain how it works (incl calculations and input) can explain how to use and update the skills matrix in E.
