Earning Criteria

• The earner has demonstrated a deep understanding of Operational Excellence. They have demonstrated their abilities with coaching and mentoring, as well as driving continuous improvement. The earner actively sponsors Operational Excellence within their organization. The earner goes 'beyond the program' ensuring operational excellence features including activity based costing, throughput, customer outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality are all a part of their organizations operating rhythm.
• The earner has completed and reviewed, for a second time, the following online modules: Activities, Beyond the program, Employee Effectiveness Matrix, Enlighten and Active Management, Forecasting and Long term planning, Individual performance feedback, Management equilibrium, Planning, Program Overview, Terminology, The Change Model, The Leadership Paradigm, Throughput, Value Added Assessments, Waste, Waste Revisited, Data Analysis
• Practical Assessment - The earner participated in coaching and mentoring meetings. They demonstrated their ability to provide guidance to senior leadership in week in review and planning meetings. They have a deep understanding of forecasting and resource requirements, can actively look for opportunities to enhance the skills and training needs of the business. The earner promotes a balanced approach to metrics ensuring both quality is a cornerstone to operational excellence success.
