BCF 130: Fundamentals of Cost Analysis (BCF 130)

The course introduces policies and techniques used in cost analysis including DoD cost analysis, definition and planning of a cost estimate, data collection and sources, data normalization, life cycle data analysis, risk and uncertainty, documentation requirements and budgeting considerations, and cost estimation techniques of analogy, parametric, engineering, and actual cost. Credit may only be received for this course by additionally completing BCF 110 (DAU-0215).
