The course objective is to introduce professionals to the methods and skills necessary to identify, assess, and promote the building of stakeholder relationships required for success in the acquisition environment. The general course topics include identifying stakeholders; developing a strategy to build relationships with stakeholders; building trusting relationships with stakeholders; evaluating and improving stakeholder relationships; and forming an overall stakeholder management plan.

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, case studies, practical exercises, learner presentations, lecture, discussion, and classroom exercises.
