The earner passed a formal assessment where they assessed a client brief, demonstrating how to articulate and produce a response in a series of steps. The steps included a client brief review, planning for which media types to include as part of their response, optimising the campaign using the DSP of their choice, and evaluating the campaign.

Critically evaluate emerging trends in the digital advertising and programmatic landscapes and the services provided by the participants.

Demonstrate knowledge of the fundamentals of digital advertising in terms of products, measurement metrics and which seller monetisation solutions best suit certain requirements and opportunities.

Explain how to set up, launch and proactively optimise three types of campaigns - direct, programmatic and hybrid to improve their effectiveness, whilst maximising yields for the publisher.

Present coherent examples of campaign reports (both mid and post campaign activities) which include insights and reflections on any decisions made, and meaningful post campaign recommendations - both internally and externally.

This microcredential provides the earner with bankable credit (0.5 credit points) towards one or more specified post graduate degrees (award course) at Deakin University. The credit is redeemed on successful application to study the degree.

The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Limited is the peak trade association for online advertising in Australia. The role of the IAB is to support sustainable and diverse investment in digital advertising across all platforms in Australia.
