Earning Criteria

Individuals who have earned the MCR have demonstrated their ability to: 1) Perform financial analysis, develop sound business cases, identify risks in the real estate portfolio, and recommend risk mitigation strategies. 2) Develop real estate strategies that effectively support the goals of the business. 3) Analyze the impacts of real estate decisions on financial statements and how these impacts are viewed by senior management. 4) Effectively assess and manage area estate portfolio.
Candidates are required to successfully complete a series of six courses and related assessments: 1) Corporate Real Estate Finance 2) Real Estate's Impact on Financial Statements 3) Enterprise Alignment 4) Workplace Strategy Essentials 4) Qualifying Professional Development Seminar 5) Capstone: Leadership and Strategy MCR Assessment
