The Columbia Coaching Certification Program (3CP) Fellow
The 3CP Fellow Badge acknowledges a select group of program alums who successfully completed a rigorous selection process for this 1-year, renewable appointment. Under the esteemed leadership of Dr. Maltbia and Dr. Ciporen, 3CP fellows engage in a transformative journey designed to elevate their coaching expertise, deepen understanding of 3CP’s evidence-based foundations (i.e., principles, competencies, and process), and contribute to advancement of the Columbia Coaching Learning Community!

Earning Criteria

Professional track record in a specialty field outside of coaching

Minimum of 2 years of documented coaching experience after graduation from the program

Willingness to review coaching recordings for 5 to 10 participants during the practicum over the duration of the 1-year fellowship

Commitment to attending monthly coaching supervision sessions with Dr. Maltbia during the fellowship period

Clear description of coaching philosophy (i.e., point-of-view and specialty area(s)

Compelling personal statement (i.e., desired contribution to the 3CP fellow cohort)
