This person knows: the main features and uses of different types of device; what an application is and the main types of application software;when there is a problem with a device or software; the difference between system errors and user errors.This person is able to:apply system settings; navigate online content; carry out searches on the internet; use files and folders to read and store information; apply solutions to simple technical problems.
