The person has been assessed independently by City & Guilds as having achieving all pass criteria for each component of the end-point assessment and achieving a minimum of the following distinction criteria: 7 out of 10 distinction criteria for the Apprenticeship showcase; 4 out of 5 distinction criteria for the Practical observation; 3 out of 4 distinction criteria for the Professional discussion.
