Members of the Dream Team are top Networking Academy students selected to work alongside industry professionals to set up the NOC (Network Operations Center) at a high-profile event and maintain the network. Dream Team members gain real-world experience to enhance the technical skills developed in the classroom and experience setting up a full-scale network for thousands of people. Past examples of events have included Cisco Live, Cisco Impact, Global Citizen, and the NFL Super Bowl.

Earning Criteria

Instructors nominate their top Networking Academy students to apply to become a member of the Dream Team and then the top students are selected from the applicants to become a Dream Team member. Completion of CCNA 1 and 2 is required for the majority of events.
