Young Women in Investment

CFA UK Young Women in Investment Programme launched in 2022 in the UK in partnership with CFA UK Institute to provide recent female graduates with the opportunity to grow the skills required to enter the investment industry. Participants take part in a four-week learning programme instructed by Fitch Learning to give a comprehensive overview of the investment profession.

Earning Criteria

Attendance of a four-week bootcamp. Participants must actively take part in the sessions and pose questions. • Participation in the ESG Research Challenge. Participants must work in a group to research the impact of ESG on the investment industry. Teams then present their findings and explain how they can be used by a firm as part of their future strategy. • Participation in the Investment Challenge.
