Earning Criteria

Attend three prerequisite classes - Introduction to Emotional intelligence, Building Leadership Capability through the Power of Intentional Change and The Coach Approach: Initiating Dialogues for Effective Outcomes. Or alternative to The Coach Approach, attend the class - Change Your Questions, Improve Your Results.
Attend the 4-day capstone program - Coaching for Intentional Development. Participate in all peer and mentor coaching sessions. Complete all reading and assignments. Complete the individual 360 feedback through the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI). Complete the assessment of learning style through the Kolb-Boyatzis Learning Style Inventory (LSI).
Complete at least six (6) hours of coaching practice during interim and post-program, and submit a log verifying coaching hours.
Get a passing grade on a multiple choice Weatherhead Coaching Knowledge Exam.

Standards

Board Certified Coach

The Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential is a mark of distinction for credential holders and a source of credibility for their clients. A BCC has met professional coaching competency standards established by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). This certificate is credentialed by CCE for 90 Board Certified Coaching hours.
