Attend Bridge Analytic and Empathic Thinking: Apply Neuroscience for Better Leadership (Webinar). This online program provides an overview of the role the brain plays in a variety of typical workplace problems.

Attend Leading Teams with Emotional Intelligence. This program examines the team leadership role and teaches the behaviors and strategies of high performing teams. During the session, the participants discuss key challenges and opportunities that emerge when leading collaborative teams and learn the details of the Team Performance Essentials Model.

Attend Coaching Teams to Build Team Emotional Intelligence. This program uses the Team Performance Essentials Model to teach leaders how to coach and improve the collaboration and performance of their team. During the program, participants learn the details of the Team Performance Essentials Model; use an informal assessment tool to evaluate the team's current strengths and weaknesses; and develop an action plan for improving the targeted "fundamentals" and "Team EI Norms".
