Earners successfully completed the required practicum portfolio to the required quality standard, including 5 hours of observation, 5 hours of teaching, 10 hours of reading and task completion, and at least one mentor-observed and documented teaching session.

Coursework covers reflective practice for novice teachers, working with a mentor, observing classroom management and successful student outcomes, mentor observation tasks, and guided reflection on teaching practice.
