Earning Criteria

Earner has played a key role in the development and delivery of a social action project from ideas phase through to completion.

Earner will have independently developed ideas or elements of the project in an unfacilitated way.

Earner will have spent a minimum of 12 hours working towards the successful delivery of a social action project.

Earners must be involved in Barnardo's projects.
