Earners can identify the correct rules governing singles game plan in table tennis, describe the application of rules and scoring in competitive scenarios, support an experienced official to apply rules and scoring system in a variety of competitive situations and apply knowledge of rules and scoring consistently in a variety of situations as the lead official.

Earners have observed an official in a sporting situation and identified the skills and qualities that they possess, they have displayed the identified skills and qualities of an official in a sporting context, displayed the identified skills and qualities of an official in competitive contexts while supported by a qualified coach and consistently applied the skills of an official to maintain a safe, fair and enjoyable game of table tennis for the participants involved.
