“The attainment and demonstration of requisite competencies that broadly prepare college graduates for a successful transition into the workplace” (National Association of Colleges and Employers, 2016). Earners complete a seven-module Canvas course that engages them in the following skills from a career-readiness perspective: leadership, technology, teamwork, communication, professionalism, career ownership, cross-cultural fluency, and critical thinking.
