Ansys Leadership Edge is a cohort-based learning experience uniquely curated for women's leadership development. The 9-month program focuses on four critical areas of leadership designed to accelerate professional growth including: influencing, coaching and critical thinking, strategic relationship building, and personal effectiveness. The experience includes active learning workshops, monthly sessions, coaching triads, and 1:1 coaching opportunities with the program facilitator.
