Earning Criteria

Submit a professional journal that is comprised of a personal reflection on how you have holistically demonstrated effective counseling skills in your experiences as a First Sergeant. Be sure to touch on each of the three (OR MORE) sub-competencies (micro-badges) without replicating the reflections used when earning those badges. Please see Professional Journal Template for guidance.

Compile a portfolio that includes proof of award of Life Skills Counseling, Intermediary Counseling, and Crisis Counseling badges and professional journal. Please see Portfolio Checklist for guidance.
