Earning Criteria

Completed all foundational coursework in the AFB Talent Lab Work Study curriculum, including related assignments, projects, and mentoring activities.

Receive a satisfactory evaluation from an AFB Talent Lab mentor on a standard program rubric.

Successfully complete the Final Assessment with a minimum score of 85%.
