The earner possesses a foundational understanding of WCAG, how to apply success criteria to real-world design and development, and how to guide colleagues through the implementation process. The earner can advocate for, plan, and manage accessibility and usability testing with manual and automated testing tools, and can scope a product, interpret reports and prioritize issues, and provide remediation recommendations.

Earning Criteria

Completed all foundational coursework in the AFB Talent Lab Work Study curriculum, including related assignments, projects, and mentoring activities.

Receive a satisfactory evaluation from an AFB Talent Lab mentor on a standard program rubric.

Successfully complete the Final Assessment with a minimum score of 85%.
