Has international finance experience and has worked in Accounting or Finance in at least 2 countries.

Achieved the qualification of Chartered Accountant / Chartered Professional Accountant in one of the following countries: England and Wales (ICAEW), Scotland (ICAS), Canada (CPA Canada), Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), South Africa (SAICA) or Ireland (Chartered Accountants Ireland).
