In addition to 60 hours of dynamic leadership coach training, the coach also participated in 10 hours of Mentor Coaching, gaining valuable insights and enhancing their coaching practice from experienced ICF PCC Level coaches. Coaches who have earned this badge have experienced practical and systemic learning–gaining the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences.
