An online experiential course that allows participants to more successfully create change while minimizing the personal toll creating change can take. Participants practice skills to support them through the entire change cycle – from vision setting through implementation. Participants connect with other Catalysts facing similar challenges in an open space where they can work together through group instructional and coaching sessions. The course is 6-weeks long and has 14 hours of contact time.
