Vicki Flier Hudson

I help leaders take inclusion from a buzzword to a way of doing business they can feel proud of. I act as their partner, honing four elements they need to lead in today's troubled waters: Authenticity, cross-cultural competency, conflict management, and role-modeling. I am a trained coach, a registered mediator, and a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory. I have lived and worked in Asia, Europe, the US, and Canada. I am in a professional Rush tribute band and lead depolarizing dialogues using music.
