Uta Menges

After successfully completing her IT-studies, Uta took over several management positions in IBM's training and education unit Germany. For several years, she was Diversity & Inclusion Leader and hence responsible for the implementation of IBM's global diversity strategy in DACH. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Uta founded her own business in 2018, offering career counseling and diversity consulting. Since the beginning of 2022, she is focussing on her own company fulltime.
