Tracy's organisation provides accredited professional development to external and internal coaches as well as managers and leaders who want to develop their coaching capability. She also supports organisations enhance culture, engagement and performance through coaching. Tracy is a published author and regular public speaker. She has served on local and global ICF Boards since 2013 and was named as one of the Leading Global Coach winners of the Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Awards of 2019.
