After many years as a personal trainer and sports coach, I received valuable life upgrades through Mentoring and Life Coaching. So much so, that I was inspired to pursue becoming a Coach myself. I am thrilled to continue my journey, which began with the Human Potential Institute, to the International Coach Federation, and now a specialty in Mental Health Coaching. Just like 'you learn by teaching', I find, through Coaching, I continue to grow, learn, and do the work. Best to you all.
