Satomi Kobatake

Satomi has been an independent coach since 2017 and founded "Coaching Studio and seeds”. Based in Tokyo, she works with a wide range of clients in the corporate/NPO/educational sector to support individual and organizational growth and change utilizing her expertise in Adult developmental theory and organizational development knowledge. Satomi’s passion is to question and explore "How can people with the same goals work together across personal differences and social divisions?” And spent the last 12 years focusing on school education and interpersonal support for teachers.
