I am responsible for Post implementation management of our Customer's Cisco IP Telephony Network. I have strong hands on experience on Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) Unity Connection, UCCE component ( ICM, CVP, AW& SQL Server), Voice recording platform (Verint), Monitoring tool like ( DDI Management tool, Unified Communication Deployment Tool, CDR, DNA, eGain, CUIC), Alert Monitoring tool ( Smarts) and Wireless LAN Controller.
