Rick Kiper, PhD, PMP

Dr. Kiper is a highly-decorated Special Agent, forensic examiner, and instructor serving in the FBI from 1999 to 2019. He's served as a senior supervisor, lead investigator, project manager, and in a variety of overseas assignments including Assistant Legal Attache to San Salvador. Fluent in Spanish and conversant in Mandarin, his passions are cyber education, knowledge management, and instructional systems design. With four degrees in education and a second M.S. in Information Security Engineering, he holds A+, Net+, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, GASF, GCPM, GCCC, Berla & PMP certifications.
