Dr. Rebecca Vaughan Frazee is a faculty member in the Learning Design and Technology program at San Diego State University, and Associate Director of the Flexible Learning Environments Exchange initiative (FLEXspace.org). She possesses expertise in emergent technologies, needs analysis, research and evaluation, blended and distance learning, instructional design, e-coaching, technology adoption, performance technology, and learning space planning and design.
