Imad has 8+ years of technical support experience, managing and maintaining workstations, servers, network devices, security appliances, and Web-hosting for companies in US. His previous work includes managing the internal IT infrastructure of Qualcomm Inc. Before Qualcomm, Imad worked for NCS Global as a Field Service Engineer and Systems Administrator supporting Windows, MAC, and Linux systems across private and public clouds.
