Alice Karmelita

My journey of becoming a coach started in 2014 after joining a bachelor's program Coaching and Philosophical Counseling at the University of Silesia. Later, I pursued my career in international HR and recruitment. In 2020 I obtained a Certified Professional Coach designation issued by iPEC's Coach Training Program and started my own coaching practice. I work with professionals, leaders, and teams going through stressful transitions in career, business, or relocating. I am driven by a mission of helping people create conscious careers, gain satisfaction thriving in a cross-cultural environmet.
