Badge Nation is a powerful collective of employers, schools, colleges, training providers and informal educators. We are committed to recognising what individuals achieve and accomplish outside of formal accredited learning. Led by Real Ideas and Future Creators, all badges issued by Badge Nation are written using the Cities of learning badging standard which is endorsed by City and Guilds and the RSA.
Cardinal Newman Catholic School / Newman College
Cardinal Newman Catholic School, one of the largest schools (2400 pupils) in the country, prides itself on meeting the needs of its fully comprehensive intake. It currently offers various and diverse opportunities to its students in addition to the national curriculum. The school is keen to credit those who participate via the digital badges programme, for example for its Mental Health Ambassador Programme where young people are trained to raise awareness of mental health issues.
