Earning Criteria

The learner has completed the Zurich Multinational Training and Certification program for the Claims function in MyDevelopment and has participated and applied their knowledge in the corresponding online and/or in-person sessions, as follows: - 12 hours self-study; - 12 hours online or in-person global sessions; - One-to-one skills assessment with an SME or trainer.
