The participants of the learning path in the department claims have engaged intensively with the topic of resilience. They have learned what resilience is and which exercises can promote resilience. They have been empowered to introduce the topic to their team in a workshop and subsequently conducted this workshop themselves. The focus was on hands-on exercises with their team on both an individual and team level.
