Led NEXT, a global grass-roots movement within Zurich Insurance Company focused on empowering newer generations, promoting intergenerational dialogue and future-proofing the company. Gained experience with intrapreneurial thinking, strategy development, project management, public speaking, stakeholder influencing and community-building. Developed a point of view on the sustainable development goals and the role Corporations can play in addressing them.
