Certification Criteria

Complete the required curriculum, responsibly use approved AI tools in daily work, earn the required points, and participate in innovation activities. Typical completion includes finishing the Igniter learning path, applying GenAI in SDLC, PDLC, or business workflows, demonstrating measurable sprint productivity gains, earning validation from Tower Leads or managers, joining hackathons, showcases, demos, or innovation challenges, and reaching the required score, such as 300 points.
