Achieve an understanding of the basic concepts of Mindfulness Meditation and underlying Buddhist teachings. Through skill-based learning, they will experience various Mindfulness Meditation techniques and practices for responding to stress and fostering wellbeing. They will know the rationale and how to perform specific techniques: a) Cultivating Presence, b) Establishing Mindfulness, c) Developing Awareness of Breath & Body Sensations, and d) Fostering Lovingkindness & Self-Compassion
